Sovereign Servant

Oh Sovereign God on bended knee,
How can you Lord and Servant be?
You've galaxies within your hand,
Yet here beside me now you stand.

You breath in me the breath of life,
Yet hold me in the midst of strife.
How can you form the world we see,
And still have time to care for me?

And yet dear Sovereign Lord of all,
You move to catch me when I fall.
Your loving touch upon my soul,
Brings joy to me and makes me whole.

Oh Lord I pray take me your child,
And make me humble meek and mild.
Help me reflect your love and grace,
To every kindred, tribe and race.

You are my Lord, I love you so,
Now let your kindness through me show.
Oh let my highest glory be,
To share the love you gave to me.
